Okay, so in an unprecedented act of planning ahead, I have officially (well, mostly) planned my Easter menu FOUR DAYS before Easter dinner is to be served.
This is incredible, especially if you remember that on Christmas, Peter had to drive around (at around noon, mind you, cutting it pretty close) looking for some store - any store - to be open and selling Christmas turkeys. I can honestly say that the Jews saved our Christmas dinner!

you are having split pea soup and lamb at the same dinner? Thank goodness i don't live at your house.
ReplyDeleteremember that one easter when mom made lamb but also made the cute lamb cake and i thought that too awful to comprehend and then i was forced to sit at the table until i finihsed my lamb but then i fell asleep and ribby jumped up and ate it?
